Shipping policy

Where we ship. FurnishMe currently ships within the United States.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll get an email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Rates and delivery. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak seasons.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Multiple items. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Lost or delayed packages. If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please double-check your address at checkout, since we can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
