This website is operated by FurnishMe ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority where you live. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  2. Products. We aim to show colors, sizes and images accurately, but screens vary and handmade or natural-material items may differ slightly from their photos. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
  3. Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
  4. Shipping and returns. These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
  5. Privacy. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
  6. Third parties. Our store is hosted by Shopify, and payments are processed by third-party providers, each subject to their own terms.
  7. Prohibited uses. You may not use the site to break the law, infringe intellectual property, spread malicious code, collect others' data, or interfere with the site's operation.
  8. Disclaimer and liability. The site and products are provided "as is", except where the law requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FurnishMe isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
  9. Indemnification. You agree to hold FurnishMe harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or of any law.
  10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
  11. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting changes here. Continued use of the site means you accept them.
